IT MATTTRs Colorado
Implementing Technology and Medication Assisted Treatment Team Training in Rural Colorado:
Because your community matters.
IT MATTTRs Colorado is providing training to practice teams about medication assisted treatment (MAT) for opioid use disorder (OUD), partnering with local community members to increase awareness of OUD and MAT to encourage community members to talk to their local primary care providers about medication assisted treatment for opioid use disorder. Members of the Community Advisory Council, or CAC, represent a diverse group of people in these communities: healthcare providers, teachers, mental health providers, law enforcement, church pastor, pharmacist, hospital CEO, civic leaders, business owners, county public health directors, long-term residents, concerned parents/grandparents, and patient advisors who have first-hand experience with this topic.
